First off - my wife loved the flowers that were delivered. She absolutely did. But... the bouquet wasn't like the image on the website. The bouquet had limited whites, or light colours, and came more green or darker colours - which wasn't really in line with the picture. Better guidance on what the bouquet could include based upon the substitutes available would have been helpful. Beautiful card, delivered on time though so I can't have any complaints about the service - it just wasn't perfect. If I was to order again, I'd likely try to do via phone to make sure the delivery will be closer the picture for the experience to be 5 stars.
