David at Mudd Fleur was my Flower Hero today. We had a friend who had to have emergency surgery at Northwestern Hospital on a business trip - far away from family in Los Angeles. We wanted her to be greeted after surgery by flowers. We chose a beautiful bouquet on the website and he made it even MORE GORGEOUS than the photo and took it to the hospital and got it — miraculously and magically (because after hours) — delivered to her room! He had a long work day but created and delivered this after the store was even closed to make our friend’s emergency surgery day a little brighter. Above and Beyond. Creative. Professional.
